Complex projects or delayed client feedback may require additional time.

One reasonable revision round is included unless the quotation states otherwise. A revision round means one consolidated list of adjustments within the approved concept, script and scope. A new concept, rewritten script, replacement of approved scenes, additional versions or changes requested after final approval will be quoted separately.

A reasonable production allowance for AI generation is included in standard commissioned-project quotations. If a project requires unusually extensive experimentation, premium models or additional generation following a change in the approved direction, any extra cost will be discussed before it is incurred. For sponsored platform tutorials or integrations, the sponsoring company must provide full platform access and sufficient production credits for testing and content creation.

You retain ownership of all brand materials, logos and product assets that you provide. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Joe Lo AI Studio retains copyright in the produced content and grants the client a licence to use the final approved video for the purposes specified in the quotation. A complete copyright buyout or exclusive ownership can be arranged for an additional fee. Third-party music, AI platforms, stock assets and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms. Joe Lo AI Studio may display the completed work in its portfolio and showreel after public release unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

Standard pricing includes organic use on the channels agreed in the quotation. Paid advertising, boosted posts, television placement, content repurposing, extended licensing, exclusivity and use by third parties are not included unless specifically stated. Advertising rights can be quoted according to the required platforms, territories and licensing period.

Final approved videos are normally supplied as finished, high-quality video files. Raw footage, editable project files, unused AI generations, prompts and working files are not included. They may be available by prior agreement for an additional fee, subject to software and third-party licensing restrictions.

Once the scope and quotation are approved, a 30% initial payment secures the production period and covers pre-production and initial creative work. The remaining 70% is payable after approval of the final preview and before delivery of the unwatermarked master files. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved before production continues. Smaller projects may be invoiced in full before work begins.
